"Established in 1991, Abu Talib Shahrom (ATS) is a law firm with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. The founding Partners are Abu Talib Abdul Rahman, Dato’ Mohd Shahrom Mohamad and the late Datuk Zahari Ab Wahab. Abu Talib has ceased practice to take up position of Managing Director in a public listed company. We have a team comprising 6 partners, 6 legal assistants and 28 support staff. ATS is divided into five departments, namely, Corporate, Banking and Corporate Finance, Property and Real Estate, Litigation and Arbitration and Company Secretarial."
