"IN & EX HOLDINGS SDN BHD was founded in year 1994 and is involved in supplying household electrical appliances and personal healthcare equipment to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and family-run retailer shops, both locally and in South-East Asia. Since 2015, we have expanded into e-commerce to provide more convenience to our growing consumer segment.

Locally, we sell our products using the Hetch® brand. Consumers can gain access to our product range via our website https://www.hetch.my/product/, while our products can be purchased via major e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Lazada and Astro Go-Shop, and TV Shopping platform such as WowShop. We are actively developing our new Singapore market to replicating our success in Malaysia.

In South-East Asia, we are one of the main players for the healthcare and kitchen appliance segment in the Philippines and Indonesian market. Our main brands, Perfect Health® and Onken are sold directly to end consumers via more than 150 outlets and departmental stores in these 2 countries. Our brands are well known in these markets, as we offer top quality products at competitive price and good after-sales services."
