"Nadi Shams Properties Sdn. Bhd. (NSP) is an engineering, property maintenance, and construction company located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The company is dedicated in serving customers to design, build up, maintain their property and asset innovatively. The core business of the company is construction and property management. The company vision is to become unique and outstanding construction company focus on their core business in property development field in Malaysia.

The company is led by Mohd Aznyshyam Bin Zahidin as a General Manager as he has 21 years’ experience in civil engineering, architecture, and high rise and residential constructions among others. He has led various types of projects from his past experience. He is assisted by skilled workers with experience in civil, mechanical, welder and electrical works.

One of the company biggest achievements is that the company successfully completed big project within 8 months. The project consists
of the development of retail space for Nak Dekor Sdn. Bhd., building renovation for Lazhad Café, MHG Academy and Event Hall and office space for MHG Corporate Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
NSP able to transform an abandon building into a well-functioned, luxurious place of business. The fruit of their labour is Lazhad café,
where it is a café known for its beautiful interior design. They also managed to change the first floor of the building into an event space.
Lastly, they are also able to establish an office for MHG Corporate Holdings Sdn Bhd of which NSP is a subsidiary.

In addition, the NSP team also successfully beautify retail space for both Nak Dekor Senawang and Nak Dekor KL. Unique and luxurious design of the shop add value to the business and received praises by their customers.

There are many intensive services provided by NSP such as home renovation, from structure to architecture, piping work and others. Various expertise of NSP team members gives the company an edge in providing various services. Furthermore, NSP also committed in caring for its customers where they provide after-sales maintenance.

NSP also has a collaboration with Nak Dekor in home decoration and fittings. Home decoration project has been carried at Nak Dekor’s customer houses. They decorate the house with installation of Diamond Mirror and Wainscoting, further increase its desirability.

Currently, NSP is collaborating with Nak Dekor in a project called Interior Design & Build Up Project. This project is led by NSP in designing Nak Dekor Senawang outlet as a gallery.

Moreover, NSP is planning to work on a bigger project and gain wider experience.The company is currently working on a construction project on building an Eco Resort. This is one of the projects under the parent company MHG Corporate Holdings to diversify their business eco-system by exploring the tourism industry."
