PI Brilliant Berhad was established on 8th of May 1993 and started its operations on 1st of September 1993. Its core business includes Construction, Property Development and Engineering Services. The company was renamed PI Brilliant Berhad in January 2017.

CONSTRUCTION
As a general building contractor with in-depth industry experience, PI Brilliant has proven its expertise in the sector, especially in Conventional and Turnkey Projects for commercial, residential and institutional building both in private and government sectors worth over RM 2 billion. Now we are stepping ahead and venturing into IBS. PI Brilliant Berhad registered as a Class A Contractor in the G7 category with the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) and it has obtained ISO 9001:2015 and OSHAS MS 1722-2011 from SIRIM. Our shared values are more then just a promise. It is the driving force behind our singular focus on process excellence and quality standards by which we live and ensured our continued success.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
Inspired by transformation mindset change coupled with a disciplined approach to operational excellence and cost optimization, PI Brilliant then expanded into residential and commercial property developer. In order to enhance our brand, PI Brilliant developed a residential and commercial area. We will explore more land from time to time and we are very interested to joint venture with property owner to build a new residential and commercial area.

We provide integrated facilities management and engineering contracting services for a range of assets and building types. From offices to residential properties. Our services cover operations and maintenance.
