In September 2016 the name of Husmat Utara Enterprise was changed to Husmat Furniture Sdn. Bhd. which means Husnor and this business is more focused on home furniture and office equipment only.

In May 2017, Husmat Furniture Sdn. Bhd. Has added a new branch in Kangar at Lot 3143 Jalan Kaki Bukit 01000 Kangar, Perlis. In January 2021, Husmat Furniture added a branch in Pokok Sena adn Jitra, Kedah and In August 2022 added new branch in Jelempok, Arau Perlis.

Now in 2024, Husmat Furniture Sdn. Bhd. has 5 branches with 40 employees.
