Who We Are
P3 Technology Engineering is a specialty trade contractor with a solid reputation as a reliable provider of skilled manpower for the fabrication and installation of process piping and exhaust ducts, and mechanical works for the oil and gas, renewable energy, pharmacuetical, Biotechnology and semiconductor industries in Malaysia, Singapore and the region.

P3 Technology Engineering has been working with reputable clientson several Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. We pride ourselves in delivering projects on time, within budget and according to international health, safety and environmental standards.

We have over 500 craftsmen with well-honed skills in piping, welding, plumbing, treading and soldering, and experience in installing, moving and aligning mechanical equipment and machinery.

They can be deployed for small to large-scale engineering and construction projects, even at short notice. Our skilled craftsmen carry out piping and ductwork fabrication on clients’ premises and installation of prefabricated pipes and ducts on-site.

In addition, our project management services team supports clients who need experienced expertise to oversee projects efficiently. Our multi-disciplinary project management team includes project managers, site supervisors, safety and quality assurance managers, and project and construction engineers.

P3 Technology Engineering’s works carry the ISO 9001:2015 quality approval and comply strictly to the health, safety and management benchmarks set by OHSAS 18001:2017, EMS 14001:2015 and bizSAFE STAR. P3 Technology Engineering was awarded these certifications in recognition of its best safety and management practices.

How We Began
P3 Technology Engineering Sdn Bhd was founded in 2011, but its roots began much earlier in 2005 when it was then known as P3 Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd.
P3 Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd was the brainchild of Mr Tan Seng Chua, a piping fitter and welder with over 22 years of experience.

Mr Tan entered the trade as an apprentice piping fitter with Petronas Sdn Bhd in 1997 and within three short years, built a reputation for quality workmanship. He continued to ply his trade as a senior piping fitter and welder in a general contractor company whom he was a minority shareholder.

Seeing opportunities to grow his piping trade in the booming semiconductor industry in Singapore, Mr Tan made the bold move to set up a company specialising in providing skilled labour for the industry. P3 Construction Engineering Pte Ltd was thus incorporated in Singapore in 2004.

The company grew to a position of strength, from just a handful of skilled workers to a 600-strong workforce, providing process piping and ductwork fabrication and installation services to major engineering and construction companies in Singapore.

Increasing demand for high-quality piping installation services in Malaysia motivated entrepreneurial-minded Tan to establish P3 Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd in 2005.

Corporate restructuring led to the renaming of P3 Construction Engineering to P3 Technology Engineering Sdn Bhd and P3 Technology Engineering Pte Ltd in 2011."
